IMPORTANT  LEGALLY BINDING ONLINE AGREEMENT

By checking the box labeled “I Agree to the West Coast Combat Center Membership Agreement”, submitting payment information, or completing enrollment online, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this Agreement;
• Your electronic acceptance serves as your legal signature;
• You authorize recurring payments as described;
• You are entering into a binding membership agreement with West Coast Combat Center.

This electronic acceptance has the same legal force as a handwritten signature.

1. MEMBER INFORMATION

Information you provide during online signup will serve as your official Member Information:

• Full Name
• Address
• Phone
• Email
• Date of Birth (optional)

If someone else is paying, that person is considered the Buyer and is also bound by this Agreement.

2. MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS & FEES

GROUP CLASSES — UNLIMITED ACCESS

Choose one:

• $225/month — Monthly
• $200/month — Semester (6-month contract)
• $175/month — Yearly (12-month contract)

Includes:

• Unlimited group classes
• Access during business hours

FIGHT TRAINING — PRIVATE COACHING

• $150 per session — Pay-As-You-Go

WEIGHT TRAINING — STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

• $75 per session — Pay-As-You-Go

3. BILLING POLICY

By enrolling online, you authorize West Coast Combat Center to charge your selected membership or session fees.

• Billing date matches your signup date each month
• No processing fees
• No sales tax applied
• No first + last month upfront required
• No extra fees for declined payments, but payment must be corrected
• Membership renews automatically unless cancelled

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

GROUP CLASSES

• No cancellation fees
• No charge for no-shows

FIGHT TRAINING & WEIGHT TRAINING

• Must cancel 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or missed sessions → charged full session price

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

• Requires 30-day written notice submitted in person
• Membership is not canceled until confirmed by WCCC
• Memberships are non-transferable

5. FULL LEGAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Member understands martial arts, combat sports, and physical fitness activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to:
sprains, strains, muscle injuries, bruising, impacts, falls, fractures, or serious injury.
Member voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.

PHYSICAL LIMITATION & TRAINING FREQUENCY DISCLOSURE

Each student is responsible for understanding and managing his or her own physical limitations.
Participation in multiple training sessions per day is subject to the coach’s discretion.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Member releases West Coast Combat Center, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from all liability, claims, or demands related to training, equipment use, classes, or activities, including negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

INDEMNIFICATION

Member agrees to indemnify and hold WCCC harmless from any claims resulting from Member’s participation, conduct, or failure to follow rules.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement supersedes all prior discussions or agreements. Changes must be in writing and approved by both parties.

SEVERABILITY

Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder of the Agreement.

JURISDICTION

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Los Angeles County, California, under California law.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

WCCC may refuse participation for safety, behavior, or policy violations.

6. ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT) AUTHORIZATION

By completing online checkout, you authorize West Coast Combat Center to:

• Automatically withdraw monthly membership dues
• Charge session fees for pay-as-you-go services
• Charge the card provided at signup
• Withdraw on the same date each month as your signup date

This authorization remains in place until you complete the cancellation procedure.

7. PAYMENT METHOD (ONLINE ENTRY)

You agree that the card you submit online is valid for recurring charges until:

• You update your card information, or
• You cancel your membership following the required process

No fees apply for declined transactions, but access may be paused until updated.

8. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

By clicking “I Agree” during online signup, you acknowledge that:

• Your acceptance is legally binding
• You agree to all terms in this Membership & EFT Agreement
• Your payment method may be charged automatically
• You assume all risks associated with training
• You release West Coast Combat Center from liability as described

Your electronic acceptance serves as your legal signature and completes the Agreement.
